Payment Options
Payments can be made at the time of service using cash, check, or credit card (VISA and MasterCard accepted). We will also accept payment by mail.
Insurance
Our office accepts most health insurance plans. Our staff will assist with requirements and prior authorization necessary for your insurance provider. We require that your insurance card be presented at time of check-in with our front office staff. Patients are responsible for payment for all services rendered that are not covered by your insurance plan.
Cash Pay
Cash patients (when an insurance company is not being billed for services) are required to make a payment at time of service and will receive a discount if services are paid in full at the time of the visit.
